San Antonio’s Tire Shop Chandler 24/7

I visited this tire shop on August 26th around 7:30 p.m. to replace the two front tires on my Ram 1500. The tires are 33 inches, and I was quoted $40 each for the installation due to their size. I agreed to the quote and they proceeded with the dismount and installation process. That night, I noticed a few things about my truck, but they were difficult to discern in the dark. This morning, I inspected the wheels again and noticed damage on each wheel. Interestingly, the damage is on the two wheels they touched. Before the installation, my wheels were in excellent condition. I had an accident in the past and both wheels were repaired and replaced. I will now get an estimate for the repairs and send a formal notice to the tire shop for compensation. I would strongly advise against visiting this tire shop unless you don’t care about the condition of your wheels.

I have tried using these guys twice before and both times had issues, first time was a communication issue and I dont speak Spanish so I will not fault them for that... but second time I asked them to balance 2 brand new firestone Indy 500 UHP tires for my Lexus and they made them so much worse! And charged me $40 a tire to do it! So I went to Firestone and had them rebalanced and they ride smooth as can be... Last night I bought 2 new tires from them to put on my 2012 Mercedes CLS 63 AMG that has less than 40K miles on it and the wheels as well as the car look like they are still on the showroom floor... But when I get the car back, both front AMG wheels are damaged from their tire machine and have deep scratches along the outer edge of BOTH tires! these wheels, If you can find them are NOT cheap, but I asked them before they started if "low profile tires are a problem for them to mount and balance?" And the older guy there (He was maybe 25 years old) Said "No Problema" Well I am going back there today and handing them the bill for two 19' AMG wheels and I have a feeling they are not going to handle this with much professionalism

Open 24 hour. I came in to get a nail repair out of the tire. While I’m waiting, I’m gonna go hit up the taco stand right next-door right out front. Great deal.

When they say they are open 24 Hours a day they are serious. My tire blew out after 10pm, I had a friend pick me up and take me here and they fixed my spare tire (which was totally flat). Then they told me if I drive my truck to them, they'd be willing to change the tires even though it would be around midnight and they did it... They did so at incredible prices too. Only $50 to change my bad tire with a used tire. Labor, cost of the new tire, at night, and I can't recommend these guys enough.

Do not buy from these guys! Not long ago they sold me a seemingly good used tire, but didn’t mention it was previously patched. That same tire left went flat on I-10 while driving at highway speed! Could’ve been very dangerous! I called them and was hung up on saying used tires have no warranty. The point is they will sell you bad tires that will endanger you. Stay away and take your $$ elsewhere!
